Regular visitors to the site will be aware of my strange predilection for 'artistic' effects. I make no apology for yet another...

	There's lots to tinker with in the dialog box. I'm not going to explain all the controls in detail - most of them are reasonably self-explanatory, and for those that aren't... well, you can have the fun of finding out! This filter can produce quite a wide range of 'painterly' and 'artistic' effects, though, and below are samples of just a few of the possibilities.
