Lithograph
I have a particular fondness for filters that give any kind of 'artistic'
effect, and the xero : lithograph filter is definitely in that class.

This is a rather dull photograph of a solitary standing stone in a remote
corner of the Welsh mountains. We could adjust the brightness and contrast,
but for our purposes it isn't really necessary.

The filter has just two sliders, named as 'Vibrancy' and 'Colouration', but
the names could easily be reversed! The two work together to control the
overall effect, so it's worth experimenting with various combinations to
find a pleasing result for any given image.

The colours can be made very light and vibrant, like this...

|
...or a little deeper and richer, like this. Alternatively, you can...
|
|
... experiment with settings at the extremes of the scale for some
quite bizarre colourations!
Tip: Sometimes, the dark outlining created by this filter can
be too intrusive, especially if the image has lots of fine detail. Try
using PSP's despeckle or median filters to clean things up a little.
